Spent Christmas at this hotel and loved it! The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The location was unbeatable, right in the heart of the city where all the action is. The comfortable bed made for a great night's sleep and the hot water was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast was delicious and we especially enjoyed the café on site. a great value for the price.
Our room had a strong moldy smell and the pillows were dirty, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. The bathroom was also very moldy with a toilet that didn't flush well and low water pressure in the shower.

I loved staying in this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, with the main square just steps away. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, everything looked sparkling new. The staff was super helpful, always with a smile and ready to give the best recommendations. Couldn't be more comfortable in the big and comfy bed that made my stay even better.

I had a great stay at Inn Sangrahalaya. The staff were kind and helpful, and the location was perfect. The room was clean and cozy, and the shower was excellent. Although the room was a bit small and could use less furniture, it didn't bother me much. I highly recommend this hotel.
